  3. 02/25/92 - Version 1.0 (OUT OF BETA!!!)
  4.            Implemented Registered User features (i.e. Usage Log, Default Time 
  5.            Increments, and Overlap Verification).  Also corrected some problems
  6.            with determining who was a registered user and who was not.
  7.            NOTE! The layout of the TIMELOCK.CNF file has changed and a
  8.            TIMEDATA.CNF file has been added. Read TIMELOCK.DOC, TIMELOCK.CNF,
  9.            and TIMEDATA.CNF for full details.

  11. 02/16/92 - Version 0.1 (still Beta)
  12.            Added flag in configuration file so that REGISTERED users could
  13.            opt to retrieve their  callers password from the DOOR.SYS file.
  14.            This will allow you to put TimeLock in place  without requiring
  15.            your users/nodes to change their existing mail scripts.
